do me a favor and try what i did: for 4 weeks ...... do me a favor and try what i did: for 4 weeks ONLY really watch what u put in your mouth meaning a VERY light breakfast and lunch (with NO snacks, your not in kindergarten) and a well portioned dinner WITH NO WINE.. only one day a week.. come home from work everyday (the days u dont have school) and do an excessive amount of exercise then go home and eat a healthy dinner.. on the nights you have school come back from class and as soon as u walk in grab stella and take her for a GOOOOOOOD walk..on the weekends of those 4 weeks DO NOT sit at home BAKING.. go out, exercise, walk both saturday and sunday.. jsut try this for 4 weeks starting monday and then get on the scale and see what you weigh.. it might be hard and time consuming to lose that weight but once you get the hang of it YOUR'LL NEVER WANNA STOP.. . theres some more tips on how i can help you.. if u need any more help or jsut want some extra tips IM HERE.. dont be afraid to ask me or even talk about it to me... i am ur sister after all.. i hope you try this.. talk to you soon.. <br />p.s im only trying to hlep you because u seem like u really care about it. if from losing weight......another thing that keeps you from losing weight is the alcohol that you drink... u drink AT LEAST 1 glass of wine a night (at daddys you drink more) which is loaded with calories.. instead save your wine intake for ONE day a night or just for a special occasion.. another thing that I'VE noticed is you dont move a lot.. you really have to learn to run to places or even skip those steps.. from running from class to class, having gym, and tennis practice i dont have time to not move... its okay u do extra exercises.. if u keep yourself busy with exercise you wont even think about eating... they have so many weight loss programs for you to try such as the special K, yoplait, etc that can try.. instead of having a salad or sandwhich for lunch have a 60 or 90 calorie snack.. you've tried so many different things that havent helped this one might actually help... u get so frustrated when you seeing people with good bodies but that doesnt happen over night.. people are working their butts off everyday instead of sitting in their dads backyard drinking and
